Ethos & Values
"The way we do things" on Team Leidos.
PRIDE IN OUR TEAM
We are a Team, which includes our military customers and our suppliers. We work together to make the LCS mission successful.
We work for some of the best companies in the world - we are proud of that, and we let our customers and suppliers see the evidence.
We are highly skilled in what we do and provide a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, employee growth and development.
We are excited about what we do. We don't offer excuses, we deliver results.
WE CAN BE TRUSTED
Our goal is to meet the Front Line Commanders' needs at the point of need, every time, on time. We earn and maintain their trust through excellent service delivery and being recognised as a partner of honesty and integrity. We don't hide mistakes.
We understand the military requirement and their frustrations and constraints. We always want what is best for them and to find a solution before they have asked for it.
ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT
Our objective is to provide a better service whilst we minimise the MOD's total cost for LCS. Both are important. Continual Process Improvement is an integral part of our DNA and it is everyone's responsibility.
We invest in our people, infrastructure and IT. We strive to provide our customers with accurate information that enables the right actions by decision-makers.
Our approach is systematic and relentless. We will not rest on previous achievements and will always get better at what we do. There is always a better way.
Meet the Senior Leadership Team
Code of Conduct
All of our employees, including our executive officers, are required to comply with the Code of Conduct, which describes our standards for protecting Leidos and customer assets, fostering a safe and healthy work environment, dealing fairly with customers and others, conducting international business properly, reporting misconduct, and protecting employees from retaliation.
Modern Slavery Act
We know that Modern Slavery is a global and growing issue given the rapid rise in global migration, existing in every region in the world and in every type of economy, whether industrialised, developing or in transition.
Leidos has a zero tolerance approach to all forms of modern slavery and aim to be alert to the risks, however small, in our business by working with our colleagues and with suppliers throughout our supply chain.
